Formed in July 2000 by Mark Watkins, Geneva Capital has grown from a 5-person firm to a full-service direct lender with over 75 full-time employees. As it was on day-one, our mission remains true today: to be a leading provider of equipment financing solutions to all businesses, including startups. Today, we fulfill equipment finance needs across specific niches nation-wide. From the friendly voice on the other end of the phone to the personalized service we apply to every transaction, the Geneva Capital team prides itself maintaining excellent customer relationships and impressive satisfaction ratings. Addtionally, as stewards of our local community, we're passionate about our responsibility to help improve the lives of others. Our team is encouraged to use paid volunteer time to participate in local initiatives like the United Way Food Drop. Our internal Community Reinvestment Committee (CRC) facilitates all philanthropic requests and directs funds to MANY local causes including youth events, financial hardships, medical benefits, school causes and many more. To date, the CRC has reinvested over $1 million in our local communities.
