First, a homeowners catastrophe to the tune of $100,000. due to a burst pipe - the policy with a State Farm agency in Scottsdale. Then, just a week ago, someone t-boned and totaled my 2015 Prius. This time, my policy was through Amy's office.The difference between how things were handled was dramatic.
I am astonished at the speed my claim has been dealt with by Amy and the local adjuster, and in a most favorable way. More important, with each conversation I was asked how I felt - if there were any lingering medical issues. When I had a question, Amy was on the line with the answer. She stayed on a three-way call with the adjuster to be certain I understood and was satisfied with what I was being told.
I cannot recommend Amy's office any more highly!
